About

I’m a masters student in international relations at the University of Chicago, soon to be applying for PhD programs over the next year. This is my personal blog, which tends to focus mostly on spiritual reflections but also occasionally addresses political and social issues. I’m black, Catholic and proud, and eventually I’d like to do some more posts on the intersection between race and faith.

If you peruse through the blogroll you’ll notice that I’ve included links not only to blogs on politics and religion, but also blogs specifically related to Taiwan. This is because I lived in Taiwan for a few years, and my “second home” continues to play an important role in my life.
